1.) Be sure to check the FAQ/Docs pages. Here we have tried to answer most of the commonly asked questions to reduce the time spent by our programmers answering repetative questions. It dosen't hurt to take a second to look and see if your answer is already here.
2.) Check the documentation that came with your script or program. The developer wrote that documentation for you to use and he/she included as much information as they could think of to clarify any expected or known problem. They don't write this stuff to look good!
3.) If all else fails, then contact us. Include as much possible detail about the problem and the script you are using. Code samples are good. Keep in mind that if the question has been addressed in one of the previous methods above, you will not receive a response.
